As part of the HEC service and to ensure effective time and cost management you will be designated a dedicated project manager. The project manager plays an important role and is commited to ensuring your garden is transformed with the minimum fuss and disruption.

We aim to ensure the project runs smoothly and will discuss and schedule all major work, to suit your timetable and plans. As part of the project management service we agree deadlines and review periods to keep you informed. We all understand that sometimes unexpected events can cause delays and hitches, therefore we factor these in to guarantee your garden is completed on time or sometimes, early!

We are passionate in our approach to project management. We understand that developing a new garden can be stressful and we do everything we can to keep you informed:
		Agree start date.
		Agree specific dates for individual areas.
		Arrange for the lifting of stock no more than 48 hours before planting.
		Agreed completion date.

We are also happy to provide routine maintenance of your garden. From large estates to regular maintenance visits for your  private garden.

Maintenance is essential in the early stages, delaying will extend the period of high maintenance . The adoption of high standards will significantly reduce long-term costs. .

Maintenance includes pruning and the control of competing weeds. The monitoring of the site is also a cost effective method of maintenance and is something that we strongly recommend.
